My name is Kelly McCann and I have been in the yoga, dance and fitness industry for over 20 years.
In 2019, I was awarded the #1 Best Yoga Teacher in Richmond via the Richmond News. Currently, I am the Fitness Coordinator/Supervisor at South Arm Community Centre in Richmond, BC, and continue to teach regular yoga classes.
Movement has always been an instrumental part of my life and an invaluable teacher when trying to understand my body and self. I have learned that when we FEEL the body in motion, we can then begin to extend ourselves beyond those physical benefits of exercise and experience an absolute expression of your own true self.
In my classes, I will encourage you to approach every class as a playful exploration; to which one can gain physical balance in their body through strength and flexibility, as well as discover a pathway to spiritual joy, peace and loving kindness.
